These Terms identify BookingRocket as the message sender and explain message types, consent, frequency, rates, opt-out instructions, support and carrier liability.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the BookingRocket website, software, AI voice and text agents, appointment-booking tools, reputation services, CRM services and related implementation or support services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and authorized to act for the business you represent. BookingRocket is intended for business use and is not designed for children.
3. Services and customer responsibilities
We configure and manage services based on information, instructions, content, calendars, offers and access you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy, your customer relationships and your use of the services.
You must comply with applicable privacy, telemarketing, call-recording, consumer-protection, advertising and communications laws. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before calls are recorded or automated messages are sent.
4. AI-generated communications
AI systems may create or deliver voice, text, email, review-response and other content. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be monitored. You remain responsible for offers, claims, instructions and decisions communicated through your configured agents. BookingRocket does not provide legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.
5. Fees, usage and payment
Subscription, setup and implementation fees are described in your order, proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, phone, SMS, email and AI usage charges are billed separately based on consumption.
Fees are due according to the billing terms accepted at purchase. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. SMS messaging terms
Program and sender. By separately opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from BookingRocket. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, service notifications, account updates, customer-support messages, product updates, special offers or promotions.
Consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately. Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments and selected services.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the BookingRocket number that sent you the message. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again through the same method you used originally.
Support. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For information about how we handle personal information and mobile opt-in data, read our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law, impersonate others, send unlawful or deceptive communications, distribute malware, infringe rights, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, or send messages without legally valid consent.
We may suspend or restrict services when reasonably necessary to protect users, carriers, systems or the public, or to address suspected unlawful, abusive or non-compliant activity.
8. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may provide access only to authorized users who comply with these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
BookingRocket and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks and other proprietary materials. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us the limited rights required to deliver, support and improve the services.
10. Third-party services
The services may integrate with third-party platforms, carriers, calendars, payment providers, CRMs and other tools. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes or content.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific number of leads, appointments, reviews, sales or revenue, or that every AI response will be error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingRocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from or related to the services.
13. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any active order or agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or carrier or platform compliance requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, practices or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
